These Terms of Service govern your use of Catatonica ("the Service"), operated by Prince Gabriel ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Catatonica is a stillness practice application that allows users to name, sit with, and release things they are processing. The Service provides timed silence sessions, intention writing, and a structured completion ritual.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not use another person's account.
The Service offers a free tier with core functionality and paid subscription tiers (Deep at $9/month and The Order at $29/month) with additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months except as described in our Refund Policy.

Any content you enter into the Service (situations, intentions, reflections) remains yours. We do not claim ownership over your content. We store it solely to provide the Service to you. You may delete your content and account at any time.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Catatonica is a personal practice tool and is not a medical, therapeutic, or mental health service. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
