Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about paying for Catatonica. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Subscriptions

Catatonica offers monthly subscriptions (Deep at $9/month, The Order at $29/month). Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you retain access to your paid tier until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked. If you subscribed and changed your mind, contact us within 7 days for a complete refund.
Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
Service unavailability: If the Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may request a prorated refund for the affected time.

Non-Refundable Situations

Partial months after the 7-day window
Subscription periods where you did not use the Service
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@catatonica.app with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
